James is awesome! I have chronic pain everywhere (fibromyalgia) and he genuinely knows what he's doing in releasing points and giving me days of relief. Front desk staff is awesome! No complaints other than the fact that it's a corporate spa with obvious daily sales quotas to hit (occasionally taking away from a genuine personal experience bc every staff member you encounter is trying to talk you into an upgrade of some sort at every chance)... and of course that it only carries dermalogica (bleh). This is not your typical Swedish massage either... he adds his own touch (literally) to the massage by stretching you out and positioning your body in different ways. He gives a unique, one of a kind massage that makes you feel so light, open, and relaxed. Before the session he talks with you about how your feeling and what your needs are. He comes up with a personalized plan for you and your body! 100% recommend booking with James!

Danielle decided after looking at my skin to do the brightening facial and my skin looks so dewy, feels so smooth and dark marks are faded. Where do I start with my LOVE for James? 1. Feel free to view my review on Yelp from my first experience. 2. James is honestly AMAZING! I have been to another massage franchise where I thought I was satisfied however, after my introductory experience with James I realized my standards were too low. For starters, James energy makes you feel welcomed and at home like a friend from childhood. He asks you about your day, not in a generic way but in a way where you actually want to give a thorough response. 3. Before each session he checks in with you and your physical level to see what’s going on with your body physically and mentally then he creates the session tailored to your body needs. 4. He is THOROUGH! He talks you through the entire process and explains what’s going on and how it’s going to help your body and make you feel with the next days to come. He is extremely knowledgeable and will share so many resources with you. 5. Aside from experience he has such Ana amazing personality how could you not want to add a monthly massage to your routine? It’s like a therapy session not only for your body but also for your mind because he genuinely CARES for his clients.
