This is the first time we have ever used this company and I can not praise them enough. We needed an urgent delivery over the Christmas period and they did everything they could for us. The admin staff where polite, friendly and understanding and dealt with our problem in a very efficient manor. The delivery arrived quickly and Paul our delivery driver was very friendly and helpful a credit to the company. Overall the service and price was exceptional and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I cannot fault the service at all. I called the company at 4:30 on Friday afternoon and spoke to a lady in the admin team to place my order. She was extremely helpful and pleasant, immediately striking a lovely rapport. She advised that they were extremely busy but would try to process the order as soon as possible. Come Monday morning at 8:30, they were parked outside to deliver our oil. The driver, Scott, was very friendly and extremely patient of my little boy who was fascinated by the oil lorry. He allowed him to stand in the garden and watch the entire process, whilst explaining to him what he was doing. Fantastic service all round, cannot recommend them highly enough!
