In Consort for the one night, and heard great things about the CCR. Called the restaurant and asked for recommendations. The staff member who took the call was very pleasant and extremely helpful in her suggestions. She was also very knowledgeable when it came to specific questions about certain dishes. Ended up getting the steak sandwich with a poutine. Both were fantastic. Steak seemed slightly overcooked (likely due to the takeout factor) but great quality and I was in no way disappointed. Focaccia was soft and toasted, horseradish sauce was amazing. The poutine was made with real cheese curds and their house gravy topped it off perfectly. Fries exactly like you'd get back home in Quebec! Overall a great experience and I will be eating here whenever I'm passing through Consort.

Really good food here! Great service with a smile. Everything I've eaten there is obviously made on site. Fresh, and tasty. Great for lunch or supper.
