I have worked at Constant Group for the past 2 years since the beginning of my apprenticeship in 2018. I have always found working here has been extremely beneficial to my studies and my working experience to date. Matt has always supported me in my tenure here by ensuring I have the available PPE and equipment necessary to carry out my duties as a Welder/Fabricator. He is a great boss to work for. Dave has made sure my College studies adjacent with work have ran smoothly and effectively to make sure I am going to pass my apprenticeship with flying colours. Again I am extremely thankful to them both. Every person at this company has taken me under their wing and helped me in anyway possible.

I have worked for constant for 23 years now, I am the factory manager and also the longest serving member of staff, I have seen it grow from when I started from a team of 10 to 70 plus now and we are growing all the time, we have got an excellent set up and a great bit of kit all under 1 roof, we do everything in house, we have got a great team of skilled workers who take pride in what they do and we always look after our customers and always go the extra mile, we always welcome new customers with open arms.
