One of the worst companies I have ever encountered. The \partner\ they found for my project has verbally harassed me when I have requested a written protocol of the \provided service\. It was hilarious that none of the Construyo employees reacted in any way to the lack of the provided services. They have simply asked for more money. Zero customer service, zero professionalism and an absolutely unreliable company. I will never use them again. When booking the service on April 7th, 2020, Mr. Sey was extremely convincing over the phone that the structural engineer will be able to provide the information about what kind of walls those were, during the in-person appointment. P.S. It would be more pleasant, customer centric and efficient for all parties, if your employees could put this dedication into providing accurate services rather than defending yourselves on google :) Best of luck, you'll certainly need it.

This company is not professional and in the end you will pay a lot more money for nothing. At the beginning very nice on the phone until the moment you pay... then only excuse not to finish the job correctly. I had to get service from the beginning with another company : stay away !

Wir haben einen Statiker für einen Deckendurchbruch und Wanddurchbruch gesucht. Wir wurden von Herrn Sey super beraten und uns wurde schnell ein Statiker zugewiesen. Der Ablauf vom ersten Gespräch bis hin zu Umsetzung der statischen Unterlagen verlief ohne Probleme. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder an Construyo wenden.
