Good,near Digha bypass , here also atm usually balance available in ATM,mainly in morning you can get balance from atm easily people not gather here , one can easily collect balance from atm, you may suggest to check balance at HDFC When balance are not available in ICICI ATM
I am using this bank since one year and I am privileged to be with ICICI customer . They provide great support and the bank staff are always friedly, enthusiastic with problem solving attitute and responsive even during holiday period specially Payal kumari.A positive can-do attitude with a smile can go along ways!Making every customer feel like they are your priority and that you are really there to help them. If they have a problem or issue, taking it upon yourself to do the best to find a solution for them and resolving it in a pleasing manner. On this occasion I would like to share one of my personal experience with this branch and payal.Being a Post Graduate Research Scholar in United Kingdom I need to exchange the foreign currency ( Great Britain Pound) to INR as well as to transfer the funds from india with help forex service.Many private sector bank in contai has not accepted this request from me as they do not have forex service on their branch except ICICI BANK, CONTAI BRANCH.Even thought they dont had this special service on their branch but they have done my work with out giving any hassle to my retired parents with negligible service charge. I recommend for every one this bank predominantly this branch, especially for them who has an unpleasant experience on banking service.
