Staff is ill mannered, they need to learn how to talk to customers and need to work on their body language and facial expressions, they are pathetic. Looked like they were over smart. Their marketing gimmicks are unethical for the name they carry and advertise. I don't know how to Senco Gold hire this type of stuff.
