Our experiences have been nothing less than exceptional. In reading the reviews, It's hard to believe this business giving poor customer service or being dishonest and deserving one star :(... they have always been clear on the pricing and acommodating to our needs. This is a well respected business that I have heard many great things about from others that have used their service too.

I have been a photographer for the last 35 years, and when my own daughter got married we chose Contemporary Photography. I didn't know Shaun but he came highly recommended, He did a great job, and he was a pleasure to have at the wedding. Prices were fair/comparable with his competition and he got great photos.

HIDDEN FEES AND PRICING! This felt like a scam. Put such minimal effort into getting good pictures, that we literally just walked around the business complexes around their shop taking photos. Then when he sits is down after, we find out that the 150 for a session and disc of the pics we were quoted was a "misunderstanding". That was for the lame photo session only. If we want the photos it's either a 1000 STARTING price for any packages that would include the disc. Our we could but prints of only a couple of pics we choose at outrageously overpriced amounts that made it not worth it.

I purchased a Groupon and unfortunately let it expire.However, Contemporary Photography seemed to provide a fair trade in value for the expired Groupon. Allowing us a waived sitting fee and a 60 credit towards the purchase of photos. However, we were only given 7 days to access our account to select photos. I found the prices for the photos extremely high. 1 jpeg file (1 photo) costing 125.00. No problem, I was desperate to have a photo I could use for a Christmas card. So i was willing to pay it. Time slipped away from me as it does from every mom and I exceeded my 7 day window by a fairly large margin. I reached out to Contemporary Photography to find that I could have access to the family photos again if I contacted the office and paid a 25.00 re-activation fee. Reactivation fee was not worth it to me. I too am shocked at the hidden fees and the pricing. Very expensive, which I wouldn't mind paying if I felt the photos were exceptional quality. Disappointed at what seems to be a lack of customer service and extremely high pricing.

GOD Many stupid things behind this company. I mean the owners are cheating on each other while they are working. They drink. They bring their issues with kids to work. VERY BAD
