NO utilicen CONTINENTAL. Mal servicio. Dañan la mercancía y nadie se hace responsable. Terrible customer service, irresponsible. Merchandise is treated poorly. Items arrived damaged, and Continental will not refund the money, they only give credit so you stuck with them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

De verdad que es dificil dar con una compañia con una simple organizacion, primero se demoraron en enviar el paquete y eso que les respondí el correo en menos de 5minutos. De hecho si no los llamo no se dan cuenta. Y luego el gran problema factor comun de todos, la entrega en Venezuela, literalmente hay que jalar para que te lleven la mercancía. Tan facil que es llevar un excel con whatsapp para saber que paquetes estan atrasados, usan seguramente softwares carisimos que realmente no hacen lo que se necesita.

Buenos precios y super rapido y responsables...el señor que te ayuda con las cajas super agradable y con buena actitud siempre...no les doy las 5 estrellas porque todas las muchachas que trabajan ahi atendiendo tienen muy mala actitud. Son muy rudas
