My wife and I bought a house through Niblock Homes and Contractors Flooring did the carpet. We had an issue where our puppy pulled up a section of carpet and I called Contractors Flooring to come out and give me an estimate to fix it. I called and spoke to a guy who was to give the right person a message to reach out to me and I never got a call. Since then, I have left 2 additional messages over a 10 day period since they don't seem to ever answer the phone and still have not gotten a call back. If they are this difficult to use to pay for a repair, can you imagine how difficult to get back out for a warranty situation? We have hired someone else to make the repair and I don't feel comfortable using Contractors Flooring for any future jobs.
