Service was very flawless. Items that were to be treated arrived to them on a Monday and received the items back on Thursday of the same week. Communication was very clear and response time was very quick. I am definitely going to send more parts in for treatment.

Service is timely and organized. All the parts that go in come home in excellent condition. I haven't been able to evaluate the effectiveness of the cryo process itself yet, but I hear nothing but good things from others in my field. I anticipate more durable, more stable, and tougher parts as a result.

I never used cryogenic stress relieve before and Bentzion was not only extremely helpful and knowledgeable but turn my parts around very quickly and supplied testing reports/certificates. It was a good experience!! Would recommend anyone to use CTP before going to a Bodycote or any of the large heat treatment facilities for cryogenic/thermal processes...
