Our Convert Solar install just went online, and it felt so great to produce the first kWh's of our own power! The entire experience with Convert Solar was just amazing — from the very first contact, all the way to the end. I actually was in touch with several solar companies to make sure we get the best offer and product for our home, and Convert Solar was hands down the best company in every single respect. They were very fast, and very responsive. Making a decision like this, it is always very important for me to get the best and trustworthy information. The guys from Convert Solar stood out, especially our sales agent, Dylan Kowal. He was able to answer every single one of my questions in full detail and was available during the entire process to coordinate the individual steps. Very knowledgeable, absolutely no B.S. — that was just what I needed to be fully confident. And then, Convert Solar also won in terms of the price they were able to offer, and the install even completed weeks ahead of schedule! Turnaround time with all communications was super fast, and every single person who was involved in the process (sales person, design team, roofers, electricians, etc.) was very professional and delivered high-quality work. The installation looks beautiful (see pictures). The way the cables are run from the roof down looks better than any other solar install in my neighborhood. It was a total \turnkey\ solution, I didn't have to do anything; they took care of getting all the permits, etc. I can fully recommend Convert Solar to anyone without any reservations whatsoever, and I wish them all the best in their mission to make VA go solar!

Convert Solar performed the installation of my home solar system consisting of two arrays and 26 panels. Winston, Chris, Mike, & Mike were thorough, polite, and exceptionally professional. I’m remarkably pleased with the look and performance of the system. When installing the mounting and rail system, they hit every roof joist/rafter without fail. Winston and Mike worked with me to ensure the conduit, inverter, and auxiliary equipment were placed to my liking and made improvements and adjustments on the fly to ensure the final product was aesthetically pleasing and functional. Great people and great work!
The entire process of selecting Convert Solar, to installation, and now producing power has been fantastic. Alexis is very knowledgeable in how solar works and the products she is selling. She did and has maintained great communication with us through our buying and installation timeline. The installation crew was very professional, easy to communicate with, and cleaned up the workspace before leaving. I am glad we did our research on solar companies and I know we made the best choice selecting Convert solar. I highly recommend this company for price, they are local, and professionalism.

Totally professional, our sales rep Mara was completely transparent in explaining every detail, and very low key. No high pressure sales pitch, just the facts about their products. She took care of everything, and the install crew was outstanding as well. Excellent customer service, and very responsive to questions even months after the install.
