Very professional staff...Mark is a great teacher, and the owners, Brooke and Freeman, really care about their clientele and will make you feel like part of the family the first time you walk through the door. The coaches and the other training partners are great. It is a nice environment with professional and skilled coaches that will always answer any questions you may have and explain the combinations for Muay Thai. I personally am only doing Muay Thai as of now and it is great.

I love this place. The people here are family. I'm not a fan of conventional gyms and I loved doing martial arts growing up, so I thought why not!? I've lost 36 pounds since I joined in July. The instructors have accommodated my needs according to my current focus. Since hitting my target weight I have switched my focus to just legitimately becoming a better martial artist. Whatever it is you are looking for, they will help you achieve it! I've got confidence, stamina, and energy that I never thought possible before joining. I've lost 36 pounds, but I gained lifetime friends and a healthy lifestyle...and the grocery store clerk doesnt put the divider between my wife and I anymore so 10/10
