Called me at 8 in the morning asking if my accident left me injured. I told them I was fine, and “Tina” insisted that I go get checked out anyway since it would be free. She said if any other health facility called, to tell them I was taken care of. Sure enough I was immediately called by another group, who warned me of 501 by telling me about their pending lawsuit and insurance fraud. I followed up by checking them out online and sure enough others had the same experience. Don’t go to them.
stole my information off my police report and claimed the other party’s insurance would cover this free therapy. i know the other party didn’t have insurance bc they didn’t check i was okay and just sped off! when i filed my police report later they still hadn’t heard anything, so i’m 99% sure they did not report this. when i said “well who’s insurance bc i didn’t report it to mine, as my car only had a scratch on it?” she said the other party’s insurance company would pay for it and i said “they drove off and didn’t check on me and never got my info” and she just insisted well someone must have reported it bc she’s looking at “all my information” and she’s got the police report. i explained that i personally made the police report and she got a bit flustered and rambled for a minute. anyway, when i tried to decline, she suddenly mentioned that it includes massage therapy, AND i would be compensated at the end when i finish all the sessions. never gave her name or the company’s name, and sent the address via text at the end of the call. so sketchy. she kept stressing “its very important that you come” and then warned me other places would be calling trying to scam me and to ignore all those calls. on top of everything else, the text (with improper grammar) said this place was called “conway family clinic” but of course when i search up the acrual address that is NOT what this place is called. i’m not going to the appointment she forced me to make, and honestly i’m a bit scared now.
Claudia and the staff at 501 Pain are very friendly. The Chiropractor has years of knowledge and background in holistic wellness. The facility is well furnished and quality of care is excellent.
Too bad there's not a minus star that I can give! I was in an automobile accident 12/20/17, and as soon as details became public I was awakened by a very charming woman who said that she was calling on behalf of my insurance company to see how I was feeling. She asked, "How are you doing?" I told her that I felt terrible, and that I could barely move. She said that I needed to come in as soon as possible so that they could help me. So, I had my son drive me down there, and when I filled out the paperwork I found a page saying that they were NOT affiliated with ANY insurance company, and that they were a Chiropractic "clinic". I told the receptionist that the woman who called me had said she was calling on behalf of my insurance company. She said, "Yes, sometimes Marketing gets a little carried away!" I was in SO much pain I could have cried, and I had been lured down there under false pretenses. The LAST thing I wanted was to be manhandled by some ambulance chasing chiropractor! So, we went to the ER and I was treated there by health care professionals.
I am VERY pleased with the care that I receive at 501. The staff is always very courteous and go, what I would consider, above and beyond for every client. You don't have to put your entire day on hold to go to an appointment. There is no long wait. Your in, out, and on schedule. I highly recommend 501 Pain and Rehab to everyone.
As soon as my fender bender went on public records I got a call from someone acting like they were from my insurance company telling me their doctor could see me that day. I get there and find out it's a chiropractor not a doctor and they are in no way associated with my insurance company. Bunch of ambulance chasers preying on injured people and people know dont know any better
