He was scheduled Friday, Oct 25, at 10 am, arrived 30 min late. He doesn't know anything about a programmable thermostat. Have to set a temperature and put it on hold to override the program which he failed to do. If he doesn't override the programmed temperature, it will never stop below the programmed temperature. I failed an AC inspection for closing on my condo and there is nothing wrong with the system. It is going to cost me unnecessary money next week for someone, AC repair, to tell me the system is fine. See photos, today, Sunday, Oct 27, that it works normal. It was originally on 76 and in a matter of 30 - 45 minutes it dropped to 71 as it should. The time is on the display from 5:30pm to 6:13 pm. Do not hire these people. I am so angry right now.
