The staff was extremely helpful for just an average guy off the street (non-contractor). After selecting the brand and style that I wanted, they helped with figuring out the quantities of products that I would need to complete my front porch project. Their professionalism and friendliness continued when I decided to return unused items from my original order for upgraded items. Very easy to work with.

Great customer service knew the product vinyl railing well and polite to me a non contractor. They had the same interactions with other customers while I was there.

Key to success, \work smarter not harder!\ After ordering siding that was not stocked, I got a call that it had arrived so I went to pick it up and thats where it went all wrong. During pick up it was heavy rain and wind, being that I was the only customer I asked to back up to the door to load and tie off the siding. The salesman said that it was fine an and a usual practice. I saw a tool I needed as I paid for the siding and asked about buying it TWICE and never got an answer or was able to buy it. The wearhouse guys pulled a fork truck up blocking the door with long aluminum tubing across the forks that was wider than the door but didn't seem to realize that angling the fork truck and tubes that they could have driven inside not having to work in the rain. I asked the salesman again about loading out of the rain and wind and was told that the guys had to do something with the tubing. There were only 5 or 6 tubes and I could have waited while they unloaded them or they could have backed up the fork truck to clear the door but they decided to carry the siding all the way out to the truck and lay it on the bed and walk off. Now, not only could I not purchase a needed tool, I have to tie off the load in the heavy rain and wind. Being that I was the only customer, I would hate to see how people were treated if they were busy.
