absolute take care of my love one,and has been ask on several occasion "Not" to send elderly people in my home to care for my total dependent love one ,and it falls on death EARS, because it continue to happen, and after my love one Who cant move or do anything for him self fall, the like of concern is Just....no one call to see if my love one need any medical attention was he sore, bruised nothing so people need to visit and see who taking care of your love one on the "weekend" anybody will do. I THANK GOD FOR MY WEEKDAY help he's very attentive, on time, and very patience, i wonder if they realize with out the client, No JOB, in the HOSPITAL NO work so the well being of the client SHOULD be first

Not reliable, management is horrible, staff is not very friendly in addition to the employees being less than professional, the person they sent out for my father was on the dingy side. I would never recommend this company to anyone. We now use "Home Instead" and they have been wonderful I wish you could give negative stars.

Salt diet

Waiver management for my sister who passed away, waited years to get a bath chair (10000 per year available for such things) they promised she would get. She didn't. What do they actually do? Shuffle paperwork and make phone calls, fancy way of money laundering from the indigent making the rich richer while those who can't suffer needless pain and die waiting for things they are entitled to.

Worst service. Not reliable. You can’t reach anyone in the local office and there is no voicemail option. The people they send constantly have excuses.
