I would just like to send my appreciation to Ron over at ACR Techs in Conway. He sold me a great Dell Latitude laptop with a Cannon printer, and he even set up the printer, and gave me a learners coarse on how to keep the computer as free from virus infections as possible. Went above and beyond the normal steps of your average computer repair shop. I applaud you guys...keep up the great work. I will definitely be sending my colleagues your way. Thanks again.

I happily will tell you the issue!! I had communicated with you on LETGO, about bringing a broken laptop, we set a time and on my way there my car broke down. When I contacted you telling you wouldn’t be able to make it That day, you used vulgar language and were VERY rude! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I moved from CrabTree Commons to Gatesbay Apartments a few months ago, and needed someone to disconnect my 2 computers router and set them all up in my new place. I searched Facebook from my phone and found a family owned computer servicing company and contacted them. They agreed to come to my old apartment and disconnect everything, and then reconnect everything at my new place. I was thrilled, and when they seen that I was elderly...they explained to me that they offered a 20% discount on service to elderly and military. I could not be happier with the service they provided, and the rate I was charged. ACR Techs...thank you guys so much.
