Had a leak in a pipe from condenser to air handler, they sold me on a new air handler and condenser. Obviously didn’t fix the problem. The next year told me it would cost for a service call. When we fixed the pipe eventually with another contractor, the system flooded my attic and all down through the walls. Then couldn’t figure that out. Still not draining 5 years later.

Same issue as last reviews. Bad install led to broken furnace which lead to frozen pipes.
We made an appointment with this company almost two weeks ago, and they just called to tell me that they don't service Maine people.When I made the appointment they knew I was from Why wasn't I told this in advance.Poor customer service.
Bunch of HACKS. Didn't even install a p trap on the condensate drain of this new air handler. Caused the drain to overflow and cause thousands in water damage. I feel terrible for the home owner. Now they're not taking responsibility for their mistakes according to the home owner. Terrible work..its the little things that cause the largest problems. What a mess. Hire a company that will earn your money, not steal it.
I have worked with American Air Systems on our commercial properties in North Conway NH as well as having referred them out to my greater North Conway NH area real estate clients and customers. I am willing to tie my reputation in with theirs. Good people and great service!
