2 nd time in 4 months that I’ve been locked out due to owners not putting my payment into their computer system.. first incident wasn’t too big of a deal. Owners were there and fixed the situation. Second time it happened no one answered the phone.. both times the owner was apologetic but apologies don’t help when your time constrained on an item they have you locked out of from getting.. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! I have never been late on a payment the 12 months I’ve been renting from them.
