I don't even think I can quite put into words how much I love Bath and Body Works. They are ALWAYS friendly. The last time one of the ladies matched notes on the fragrances to best match my mothers perfume. They always offer my little girl a bag to shop with me very inclusive. THE SCENTS SO HEAVENLY! THE SALES!!! I have to admit my review is completely biased I have a designated wall for my Bath and Body works! I give it as gifts it's my hand soap, lotion, perfume, home scents candles. I buy in bulk during sales and coupon stack!

As soon as I walked in, I was ignored. However the woman who came in after me was greeted and offered a bag. I walked around for a while before someone came and asked did I want a bag to carry my things in, or some help. After seeing me carry a child and a handful of things was it then that they offered me a bag to carry my items in, although the bottom of it was falling out. Also the check out line was long, while there was one cashier and 2 other women at the front just talking and watching people. PSA, make sure your gossip isn’t to where customers can hear! Just seemed quite rude as soon as I came in, until checking out! Will not return to this store.

While I love BBW. I am frustrated by their return policy. My friend gifted me a lotion, but I did not like the smell and I have a bunch of lotion. I hadn't even pumped it one time. I was hoping to exchange it for my perfume I use daily. They were unable to allow me to exchange it, even though it was cheaper. All I got was a store credit of 3 dollars and some change.

The lady Rachael at the Bath N Body Works in Conway, Arkansas has no customer service whatsoever. She input the wrong information, and never repeated it back to me to make sure it was correct, and told me that I had to go to customer service to fix it. Now I have no copy of a confirmation to my email showing I made the purchase n that I'm a loyal customer. They also had my information wrong in the system to bed n with. I guess I'll just have to change stores because her and the manager on duty did not seem to want to waste anytime making sure that they fixed THEIR mess up. I was so outdone with their service so for future reference people, go to another store where you will get all of ur service n information inputted correctly, especially for the holidays and the amount of money u spend in the establishment. I really wanted to take my items back into the store and get my money back, that's how bad the service was.
