These are just a bit better than commodity homes. Workmanship from contractors is lacking. Contracts are written for the new owners to pay the builders property taxes from the prior year. Glad the county inspectors make sure the homes are safe. As you can see from the builders response, they believe the problems we have are warranty issues. While some are, Beverly Homes issues are systemic as well. We added two more photos that we thought would help to validate our claim. Gutters were not installed where needed to keep erosion from occurring on the property (not just needed to keep you from getting wet entering or exiting other property). We added those as a stop gap to there problem at our expense. It was also built with no slope from the house so water puddles in multiple locations when it rains. The sod used was inferior from our point of view, as homes built later have thick and healthy lawns while ours is not. (We do have a sprinkler system and water as instructed). We have since added a lawn service tour expense to see if additional attention can remedy the situation. While these issues are not meant to cover everything we have seen, they will hopefully give you some idea about the general quality of their homes.

My home was designed and recently built by Beverly Homes. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!! The floor plan is perfect. Allows me plenty of space along with common sense functionality. Plenty of additional amenities such as pre-wiring in rooms to easily add ceiling fans and loads of electrical outlets throughout the house. Some of my neighbors have commented that they wish their house was a Beverly house based on what they saw when mine was being built. I've never owned a home on my own and I'm glad I chose this one. I'm looking forward to years of enjoyment in my new home. Thank you Beverly Homes!!!
This is a well deserved review for Beverly Homes. The home that has been built for our family is truly stunning and built with above grade materials. We are local and we were able to look at our home throughout the building process. The insulation throughout the entire home is R30 when only R19 is required. The joist are set closer than required by code. Along the way we found upgrades! We had the pleasure of working with Carol Walluer Agent for Beverly Homes and Todd Browning Superintendent for our home site. These are the BEST two people at Beverly! They both delivered incredible work ethic and a beautiful home. They were always responsive and met any question we had with an answer. If we asked for something to be done they did it! I would encourage anyone to use Carol as a dual agent. In some instances, this can be tricky but not with her! There was zero pressure and the benefit of having a direct line to someone at Beverly was advantageous. Truly, Todd and Carol treated this process as if it were there own home! Simply, we are so happy and feel that we purchased a beautiful home at a fair price!

stay away from this builder, they use poor quality material plus they have a bunch of immigrant mexican building these houses. I purchased one at Woodland Lakes 18 month ago and have problems with roof, they did a terrible job, now I have problems with leak. They claim my warranty is over and want me to pay the same Mexican guys to fix it. They only give you one year warranty for the whole house!! The list is long It would take me long to explain all the details, just and advise, do not buy houses from this company
