We just completed building our new home and, due to an awful general contractor, ended up working extensively with Mike H at BFS and had a wonderful experience. During the planning process Mike is thoughtful, calm and reassuring. After the build, without Mike and BFS and Pella we would have had a brand new house with windows and doors that do not close. There’s no reason two of your guys should park in the middle of the road so they are blocking both sides for over half an hour. No mail delivery today because USPS also couldn’t get to the mailbox.
Pretty good material distributor if you're a contractor and have them deliver it to the job with a huge framing package or such but to pull into the parking lot and talk to customer care representative and get your material they are slow and not very Hands-On helpful
