This business is actually Awesome!! We were looking for someone to replace our heat pump and check our duct work and met them at the Spring Home Show at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. They were extremely knowledgeable and we set up an appointment.The Salesperson showed up promptly and sat with us as long as we had problems and concerns to discuss. The company is truthful, and responsible and know exactly what they are doing. Jared, kept in touch either by phone or in person and was available always to take our calls.He monitored every step of the way! We are more than DELIGHTED with our Bryant Evolution, and our larger and more efficient system including duct work.Outstanding, and the price was fair. We would recomend this business to Anyone!! In March I had Carolina Comfort Systems install a whole house Generac stand-by generator. Through the entire process, Carolina Comfort System’s technicians were courteous, respectful of my property, demonstrated professionalism, teamwork and workmanship. They coordinated with the Electric and Gas companies, the disconnections and reconnections, which resulted in limited overall down time. They took the time to explained the operating instructions, warranty and annual maintenance. Carolina Comfort Systems is a class act family owned business that provides, high quality installations at a reasonable price, with high regards for total customer satisfaction. I was so impressed with Carolina Comfort Systems, work ethics, that I had them install a Ductless Heat Pump in my enclosed sunroom in May. Again, Carolina Comfort Systems, exceeded my expectations and delivered in all aspects!
Carolina Comfort has been taking care all of our heating, cooling and plumbing needs since our moving to Myrtle Beach. We also have its service programs related to the aforementioned. All work and inspections has been done very professionally. Their employees from the office to service staff are outstanding. They are always willing to answer in detail any and all questions. Carolina Cool allows us to have peace of mind in knowing they will quickly be there in a time of need and knowing things will be done right the first time.
