I could not be more pleased with this service provider. The first company my warranty company sent out assured me the repairs would not be covered by the warranty. I requested a second opinion, and Jared with Clifton H&A arrived on time and made the necessary repairs. He was on time and made sure we were satisfied. The unit needed a part replaced. Since this was the 2nd opinion service, the warranty company covered the repairs 100%. Jared was polite, friendly, and offered to come back if we had any other problems.

This company was assigned to me by my home warranty. Air went out on a Friday afternoon. CAlled early Saturday morning in case someone listened to messages on weekends, left a message, also sent an email. No response to either. Figured I would hear something from them Monday....nothing. I called again Monday, no answer left another message. No returned call. Called a few more times, no answer. I then get a text with an appointment date and time that was not even discussed with me to see if I was available...oh yea and that time was 5 days away after we had already been without air for 3 days in the middle of July during a heatwave. I was able to find someone else to come and the problem was fixed for all of 12 and took 10 minutes. Terrible customer service.
The guys at Clifton's figured out my issue and fixed in in a timely manner. Everyone was very helpful and explained everything that was going on thoroughly. I will use them again Thanks Guys
HOME WARRANTY CONTRACTED WITH THIS COMPANY TO COME FIX MY AC ISSUES. THE FIRST TIME THE SCHEDULED ME BETWEEN 2PM TO 5PM, WHICH I CAN UNDERSTAND. YOU DON'T KNOW HOW LONG EACH JOB WILL TAKE. BY 6:15PM, NO ONE HAD COME BY SO I CALLED WITH NO ANSWER. I ASSUME THEY WERE CLOSED AT THE TIME. SHORTLY AFTER, A TECHNICIAN DID SHOW UP AND BEGIN DIAGNOSING AND HELPING WITH THE PROBLEM. HE WAS VERY CURTIOUS AND DID A GOOD JOB, HOWEVER, THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM KEPT HAPPENING AFTER IT WAS FIXED THE FIRST TIME. I INFORMED THE HOME WARRANTY PEOPLE AND THEY GOT US SET BACK UP WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY (CLIFTONS HEATING AND AIR) SENT A TEXT STATING THEY WOULD BE THERE BETWEEN 9AM TO 5PM ON A FRIDAY AND WOULD BE HAPPY TO CALL WHEN THEY WERE ON THE WAY. MY WIFE WAITED ON THEM ALL DAY AND I TOOK OVER ONCE I GOT HOME AT 6PM. I TEXTED THE NUMBER THAT TEXT ME AND INQUIRED ABOUT WHY NO ONE HAS SHOWED UP YET TO ASSIST US PER THE SCHEDULE THAT THEY MADE. NOT A SINGLE PERSON SHOWED UP, NO ONE CALLED TO EXPLAIN WHY WE WERE NOT HELPED, AND NO RESPONSE TO THE TEXT I SENT. I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND THAT THINGS CAN HAPPEN AND POSSIBLY NEED TO BE RESCHEDULED. IT WOULD BE HELPFUL HOWEVER IF THE CUSTOMER WAS INCLUDED IN THE RESCHEDULING PLAN AND AT LEAST INFORMED THAT SOMEONE WASN'T GOING TO BE ABLE TO MAKE IT. I KNOW IT IS WARRANTY WORK AND MAY NOT PAY AS GOOD, BUT BECAUSE OF MY WARRANTY COMPANY, I BECAME A CUSTOMER OF CLIFTONS HEATING AND AIR AND I DON'T FEEL LIKE I WAS TREATED AS SUCH.
