To be honest, I went there for quick walkin massage to check how good they were and only booked for 1 hour. 1. It was so hard to explain what I wanted therapist to focus on. I did not take deep tissue in 1st appt to avoid hurting my back, but that meant it was feather light with no pressure at all! 2. No genuine interest in massage session 3. no idea abt different modalities 4. no knowledge of proper technique 5. Getting distracted during massage to attend other things... Not trying to bash them, they were good ppl, just my exp was less then stiller... I have been to Massage Envy,Restore Bodywork and Angels Touch but if I need appt at short notice there are not many places. Unfortunately it pays to wait and schedule, I guess... They can improve, 1. Listen to their customer 2. explain how they use pressure(firm is not feather light) 3. Avoid making it mechanical, it should be relaxing and soothing Update: Sep 2020 After reading owners comment, I felt I should update my review for two reasons 1. Cleanliness and ease of booking deserves 1 extra star 2. I was there twice, sometimes 2nd chance is all they need. Unfortunately, this time around similar experience. I was hesitant to ask if they had license for each employee there. I did not see their s on wall, they did not share their real names that you can lookup. They should clearly advertise if they don't have actual state license for each employee. Not a great vibe for me. There I said it.... Again, nothing personal, but I can't just sit and not share my concerns.

This place and people are awesome!!! My husband surprised me for my birthday and booked the appointment. I had the best 90 minute deep tissue massage ever!!! Totally Love this place and tell everyone that they need to go!!!
