Very nice Inn and the people that run the Inn were very helpful and accommodating. It was a bonus that they also had a nice clean pool to relax in and a fire pit every night. It's very close to lakes and shops for the rainy days. I would highly recommend it!

I have been staying at this place for the last 8 years everytime I go to north conway. If you are looking for Hilton then dont stay here its not the Hilton but it is clean and comfortable and in a great location for shopping and it is a great price. The new owners have taken over for the there brother who sadly passed away he was a very nice man and they have been doing a good job for people that came from Flordia to New Hampshire to take over running a motel. I got to meet the new owners last year and I booking my room for Black Friday Shopping this year, see ya soon.
The first room we entered had neatly made beds, but the pillow cases were covered in cat hair and we found it between the sheets as well. Management said this was unacceptable and moved us to a new room. Upon folding the sheets back in the new room, we found long black curly human hairs between the sheets and under the pillows (we're all blond and light brown haired). We spoke to management about this after removing the hair from the bed with a lint roller. They promised "to take care of it" in the morning and, as it was very late and we needed to accomodate the kids, we accepted. In the morning, the woman responsible for finances was "unavailable" so we returned later in the day and she accused us of bringing both the cat hair and the human hair into her establishment. She then refused to provide the promised discount (she offered 20 back) and unprofessionally yelled at both me and my husband. Granted the place is a dingy motel to begin with, but the unchristian treatment we received wasn't acceptable and I would caution future customers to spend your money elsewhere.
They will NOT hesitate to call the cops if UR even a few minutes late checking out!
