We were having problems with our truck on Monday morning my husband called them immediately told them the situation and tell them that I would be bringing the truck in and that I would need a rental car they were on it all the way and had a car waiting on me when I got there. I was trying to find a car with very specific options, and inventory around the country is especially low. Curtis worked very hard to find what I was looking for even though it took a number of attempts! Other dealerships I was checking with had already given up looking. Finally Curtis located the exact car I wanted and was able to get it for me! I also had a very specific budget, but he and the finance team made it happen. The best part was they dealt fairly and very honestly with me. Nothing like my last car buying experience at a different dealer. The price I agreed to was exactly the price I paid. We were just in a wreck in January 2020 that totaled my 2017 GMC Acadia AWD Denali where all the airbags deployed, this was the safest car I have driven in my life. And our salesperson, Derek at Crain in Springdale, has been exceptional to work with (for a second time) and I would recommend him to everyone I meet. This will be our third vehicle to purchase with Derek and he went above and beyond for us on this last one after being in a wreck that totaled my one before. Be sure to keep Derek around the dealership and we will refer as many customers to him as we can. (Oh and Jonathan in Finance was GREAT to work with and he worked his magic to help us)
