Bradley Tyler rocks....will definitely be getting a membership here. Thanks for telling me about the floor mat washer and how to use it. I've had a membership with another company and I've become assessed with cleaning my car. Now I can have clean mats too. Can't forget the free air freshener. Thanks guys!
Purchased a monthly membership so I can take my mom-mobile for weekly (sometimes daily) cleanings. My kids do a number on my seats and floors. I am very satisfied that Detricks offers towels and glass/all purpose cleaning solutions, free vacuums and a floor mat cleaning machine so all I have to bring is my car and myself.
Love these car washes. They actually remove your antenna if needed, and do some extra cleaning before running through. Customer service is great and it's in a good location
They are killing the game!! I went there recently and have never seen my cars so clean and sparkling. They have towels available for the public as soon as you get your wash. The wash is like 3 - 4 minutes. I got a membership with them and they helped me out so much when I first got my wash there. So, in my opinion it is very useful and convenient. Its Great!!
Told the attendant that it's not cleaning the tailgate. Could you brush the tailgate with your brush. The black guy have me a thumbs up and did nothing. We joined the monthly service plan we they opened up the new car wash in Conway. Don't waste your money because they don't clean your tailgate and the wash want either. If you blow up the pic I took after wash you can see it's dirty.
First time utilizing this location. Have a membership. While located in Conway, decided to utilize detail. Upon pulling up to the wash, I pressed the button to recognize that I was a member. It prompt me to pay. Several times even pulling up it still would not read my membership barcode on the front of my car. I preceded to pay and pulled under the bay for service. The owner was running the wash so I waved him down and told him what happened. He stated I should have pulled up farther so it could read. I proceeded to tell him that I pulled up far enough and for some reason it wasn’t reading it. He waved for me to keep going forward and nonchalantly stated that he would issue a refund but...... as if it was my fault. I get per his associate they were short staffed. But I waited nearly an hr and a half for him to even issue me a refund.The associate was called a few times to be reminded that I was still waiting. Bad business. Especially when the owner took several smoke breaks that I saw and never once approached me about correcting this issue. Will not return to this location and will continue to receive excellent service at the location in North Myrtle Beach. Hopefully this will be a lesson learning experience.
Car wash was quick and did a great job. Vacuum cleaners and supplies included. I got the everything wash and was completely satisfied. I will be using them again in future. Going to probably do the membership next. Now that I know how well the service is.
