Nice selection of camping stuff but the store is small compared to the one in Jacksonville Florida where I used to live and the bicycle section needs to be bigger

Incredible selection and plenty of summertime clearance sales. They usually have a tent sale in the parking lot every June with discounted and clearance items. The prices are a little bit high compared to Academy sports, but they have a great selection.

Needed help with returning a Christmas gift and reordering item in another size! Jacob Chisholm was super helpful throughout the entire process! It was just about time for him to clock out for the day and there were even some computer glitches and unknown errors with payment, but he kept his cool and was super patient and we got it worked out! Great service!!

I had been shopping earlier today & when I got home I realized the magnet was left on an item I purchased. Not a big deal at all, I like to chat, so I know I’m distracting. I called & customer service was awesome!! & when I walked into the store the man at the front escorted me to a cashier immediately & had them stop what they were doing to help me! The cashier was a sweet heart as well! I appreciate customer service like that, even if it isn’t a huge deal, they treated it as such!

We were looking for soccer cleats for my daughter who needs hard to find widths in shoes, especially athletic shoes. We had several employees ask to help us. When we were to the point we felt like we had a question that someone could help us with, an employee was there to help us. Overall good experience. They had plenty of checkouts going, so checkout was moderately quick.
