We had heard some good things about this establishment and we always strive to shop local. We made an appointment and were on our way and were on track to arrive about 5 minutes early. Our Lexus GS 350 had a crack creeping across the windshield from a rock hitting it. Our son was following him in one of our old extra vehicles and it died (not our lucky day)on the way so he coasted and pulled into the side of someone’s driveway (not blocking it.) My husband turned around, as he was about to call Discount Auto Glass the home owner came out enraged that the car was partially in their yard. So the phone call ending up going to a tow all the while, the homeowner was losing their marbles over the location of the vehicle. They pushed the car 5 more feet off their property but they were still ranting cussing and threatening. Finally after the tow arrived my husband arrived at discount auto glass about 40 minutes late for his appt. the woman was incredibly rude and didn’t give my husband a chance to explain the series of unfortunate events, already knowing he would likely have to reschedule. Her repulsive attitude has completely turned us off of giving them our business and money. Perhaps she too, was having a bad day... but her position at this establishment is critical to be able to work with the public to make their experience a positive one as she represents the entire staff as customers walk through the door.
They got done very quickly & it was cheap, but excellent quality. I would definitely recommend them.
