I first began seeing Susan in 2008. There is no one else that I would trust with my skin. She has worked with me on pricing and products through the years and I know that she will tell me what works and what doesn't. She is honest and direct; I appreciate that quality very much. Susan will tell you how to achieve the results that you want, and will be direct if what you are asking for will not work or is not the best option given the goals that you have told her that you wish to achieve. I know Susan to be a godly woman who invests a lot of time mentoring, coaching, and inspiring other women in their faith journeys. When you speak to Susan, you can feel God's presence in her words and her desire to exhort and encourage everyone who comes through her doors. I highly recommend Susan and E. L. Ethethics.

As a husband, I feel that her practice as an Esthetician is by far the most laughable joke of this profession. She, Susan Isom, had crossed business ethics and moral boundaries by sending a 2-page letter personally attacking my wife after she left a bad review due to her experience at EL. Susan CROSSED THE ETHICAL LINE when she verbally told my wife that she was \sick\ & needed \help!\ Her actions continue to show that the 1st review that my wife made was more than accurate. She's very unprofessional & doesn't know how to take constructive criticism. Have a Happy Easter, Susan! And may the Lord bless you! Idiot! After days of thinking about what Susan did, I now realize that she had violated a HIPPA-covered entity. This business owner violated my wife's health information privacy rights, possibly committed another violation of the Privacy, Security, or Breach Notification Rules and has been reported to the BBB. Talk about crossing the line...she leaped over that line. My wife had every good intention on getting great service and most importantly, having a good experience. She received neither, and did nothing to deserve this treatment!!

She has an amazing knowledge of facial anatomy, structure and it’s functions, and everything about skin and various products to benefit different aspects of your skin.
