Went in for a simple job. The owner said he’d being doing it since he was a teenager and he had decades of experience. The job looked awful. So I gave him another chance to fix it. we’ll it still looked awful. I gave him several chances to fix it and it honestly looked like he barley touched it. When I asked for all of my money back he only offered to refund half even though I still had my receipt. Because he had money in materials was his excuse even though the job wasn’t even expensive. When I said no to that and asked for all of my money back he got angry and didn’t give me anything back. Their happy to take your cash but they don’t honor their work or word. It was honestly a cheap price to pay to learn who to never do business with again.

I went to have my front pair of windows tinted, and an eyebrow on the windshield. I am more than pleased with the quality of the tint and the professionalism of the technicians. From start to finish great friendly customer service from all staff members I encountered on Wed Sep 9th. They are fast and precise, and their work shows it. I highly recommend Conway Glass!!

I was having problems keeping my house cool because I have some very large windows. I called them, and they came by to gave me an estimate. It took a couple of weeks but they came back and finished the job in a few hours. It’s helped cool house considerably. While a lot of heat gets in by opening doors, these tinted windows helps cool the house much faster. Also the upstairs was always 3-5 degrees hotter. Now it’s 1-2 degrees difference. I’m very pleased and would have no problems recommending them to friends and family.
