We ordered a cookie cake from this GAC. I preordered and prepaid 19 days in advance of my sons birthday. My husband called to see if the cookie cake was ready to be picked up. They could not find my order. After several back and forth calls and me sharing the email confirmation twice they said they could get it ready within an hour. We called back and asked will it be ready they said yes. The conversation turned heated. The owner basically told us we were in the wrong and canceled our order. The customer is never wrong. I paid for a service and didn’t receive the service. You wouldn’t have known I needed my order if I had not called. What would you have told me had I turned up at 130 like my confirmation said. But you know what your not going to ruin my sons 6th birthday a lovely baker in littler rock agreed to make the cookie cake with trains for 10 less. I hope your future customers don’t get treated as we did.
The best cookies and the customer service was awesome
This is, without a doubt, the worst GAC location I have ever visited! I ordered a double doozie and the employee proceeded to pull out a tub of WALMART brand icing too make my cookie. It was a runny mess and tasted absolutely awful, nothing like the classic GAC icing. Will never visit this location again, would give zero stars if i could.
Not only was the ice cream in and of itself phenomenal, but the service was was even more extraordinary. Matthew was a very cordial and professional worker and made my experience overwhelming. I will now be a regular at Great American Cookie not only because of the deliciousness, but mostly because of gratitude of Matthew.
