The rooms are great! The whole place is amazing. And I cannot praise the staff enough- especially after they'd heard that it was my husband's and my anniversary and delivered a gift bag of goodies to our room!! They treat you like family here. I would 100% stay here again!

I was in Conway for Convention and being the first time at this hotel, I was impressed! The location is great, with so many restaurants and there's lots of parking spots, near the hotel and across the street. On checking in, the staff was very polite. It was late so the staff was kinda bored, and he seemed exited to talk. From outside, the hotel is evidently new! Inside, unlike most hotels, you can smell freshness! The rooms are magnificent! It is the first hotel that I have seen where regular rooms have all kitchen amenities available, minus hot stove! There's giant microwave, huge refrigerator, dishwasher, culinary...etc. if you like preparing light meals while in an hotel, this is the place for you. The suite was separated by a divider curtain that could be drawn, separating living room and "bedroom". The shower is great, with much needed pressure! The downside is lack of a bathtub. This could be a struggle with little kids. You might want to find out if there're rooms with bathtub. I didn't get to use the fitness center and pool but from far, the looked as great! It was a little pricey because of late booking and being a weekend but it was worth it! I will be staying at Home2 again!
One might expect that during a global pandemic that additional effort would be put into, say, cleaning a hotel room. Outwardly, that is exactly what is occurring. There was a tamper seal on the door prior to entering, indicating that no one had been into my room since it's cleaning. Unfortunately, when I opened my door, the tamper seal pealed off and stayed in place - which means any number of people "could" have been in my room since it was "sanitized," not that I think someone had been, but it is possible. The TV remote was wrapped in a plastic bag with a similar tamper seal to indicate that it was sanitized as well. So, as I said, outwardly things look good. Unfortunately, I went to use the complimentary lotion after my shower, only to realize that the small bottle was half-full, and had tell-tale signs of prior use (dried/crusted lotion around the inside of the cap). I didn't make a stink about it, I merely threw it away and grabbed my own lotion. It does bring into question just how "sanitized" my room was prior to my arrival, and, while I understand the increased efforts required to clean hotels during the pandemic, I can't help but wonder if these added steps are detracting from the basics of hotel room turnover - possibly leading staff to rote performance of these "sanitizing" procedures as a "bare minimum" to make guests "feel safe."
This chain is great for the entire family including our 4 legged family members. This is especially a plus most chain the are at this price range do not allow pets. This is definitely a home away from home.
The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. The bed is comfy, the shower felt great with dispensers inside of the shower. The room was clean and large with a good size fridge in it. This is a definate return to when in the area again. There is a nice gym, laundry room and an indoor salt water pool too.

I have stayed at this hotel monthly for the last 2 years, I have never experienced any issues with the exception of my last stay in February of this year. Upon check in I was greeted with an attitude and not the usual friendly service I have always experienced. I had a reservation for a king size room and was was given a key to a king size room that had a broken door lock/deadbolt, which I didn't feel safe to stay in. I went back to the front desk and requested a different room with a working lock and deadbolt for my safety. The lady at the front desk gave me a new room with the comment, if you don't like this room, you have to go to another hotel per my managers phone call! I was appalled and surprised to receive such treatment! Please do better next time, and when a guest doesn't feel safe to stay in a room with a broken door, please accommodate them accordingly so they can feel safe away from home! Also fix the door at room 306!!!
Very nice hotel! I had a pleasant experience the whole duration of my stay. The room was clean and comfortable! They do offer breakfast as well as other amenities which are thoroughly explained at check in. If I ever visit the area again I will definitely choose to stay here again.
