People were nice but they were sure if half their equipment worked or not. Took 25 minutes for an ambulance to arrive with a person with chest pains, then driving to hospital they barely did the speed limit ( I know they have to watch for safety) but still people drive this roads everyday. All and all experience was ok but time was not a proprietary.
