Very friendly and helpful! I just moved here and they were very nice, answered all my questions even if they seemed silly. I will defiantly be going back to do more business with them.

Owner was friendly. Said feel free to play them all basicaly. Prices seemed pretty fair on guitars at least. I was just checking out the store. Had never been there before. I like the local feel.
I've bought a number of items here over the years. It's a small family-owned shop. You can get expert advice and knowledge here. Also, they'll always give you a great deal and very pleasant to do business with.
I took may daughter in shopping for a new guitar, because she is progressing rapidly and needs a better instrument to learn with. Jack helped us look, we were interested in a Bib Baby Taylor, he took a lot of time with us and let my daughter get a feel for all of the Taylor line, he asked questions to her about how and what she liked to play, then landed her on a 110ce ( more expensive) but definitely the right guitar for her . Jack even got her a capo and let her play and sing giving her some pointers. Santa will definitely be visiting Jack's to pick up my daughters new Taylor. Thank you for being a true home town business in Conway!
I got a nice new guitar for 125. The people here are very friendly. I highly recommended you to stop inside.
I'm not sure if the other reviewers caught the owners in a bad mood or I caught them in a great one. They were extremely helpful and nice to me and my family. I didn't buy the guitar I was looking at and they didn't pressure me into a sale at all. I checked the price on the left handed Taylor vs online and Jakes actually has the cheaper price which surprised me. I'll be getting it tomorrow.
Under new ownership this is going to be the best music shop in arkansas. I highly recommend everyone check out Jacks music
I've been there quite a few times for DJ equipment, cords and accessories. Some okay help. Owner is nice to visit with. Unfortunately, I needed some guitar strings on the fly, called to make a payment over the phone. "They don't do that" so I will be taking my business to a larger business. I would like to spend with a local business, but when they refuse to adapt to the changing technology, I physically can't spend with them. Nice people, poor business skill.
