Very very unprofessional. I made an appointment online and got 2 confirmation emails, confirming my appointment, including one 30 minutes before my appointment. I showed up to the building and they are closed. I understand the reasoning for the closing, however they should stop confirming appointments if they are not going to keep the appointments.

Luna is one of the top massage therapists around. She has wonderful technique, applies the perfect amount of pressure, very professional, and genuinely cares about her clientele. I would highly recommend her.
Great place for a massage. Would highly recommend to anybody experiencing lower back pain. She is extremely attentive and genuinely cares about how you feel afterwards and will give you advice on next best steps.
Literally the worst massage Ive ever had! WAY to much pressure. Had to tell her multiple times to be softer. Not one part of the massage was relaxing. Very disappointing!
