Wow! We have never had a service person take so much time with us. He explained everything happening to our heating unit in every day terms we could understand. This care and time spent showed us we really mattered and was not just a customer to get done as quick as possible and sell them equipment and services not needed! Checked thoroughly from ice storm damage. Cannot be repaired. The system is too damaged to repair. Lester was on time, smiling, courteous, sympathetic and professional. He called the sales person for me & made an appointment. Thank you so very much. Give Lester high praise to his boss please.
My service technician Wesley was courteous and professional. Wesley explained to me my heating issue and gave me an estimate for the repair and informed me about an alternative option. I have been using Middleton for about 13 yrs now. I have received great service, convenient appointments, and such nice service technicians.
Technician was polite and performed a thorough maintenance of hvac unit. No complaints.
