Amazing job and Richard was efficient and really knew his stuff. We had an outlet catch on fire middle of the night nothing was plugged to. It was a scary experience and he knew the seriousness of the issue and responded about twenty minutes after I called him this morning. He worked diligently all day checking and replacing outlets and we had to more that the ground had come loose from a bad wiring job on build and he was able to catch them and fix them before we had a major incident. I am so appreciative of the time and care he gave us today at an exceedingly reasonable price for the amount of work he had done. Laura

After a bad experience a year or so ago I'd never given them the opportunity for a second chance. Well in this case I wish I would have done this earlier. I was extremely happy I called them. An estimate turned into an instantaneous job. They ran a new circuit from the panel to my home office, added an exterior motion sensor light, and a couple of other items. The tech's knowledge of the job requirements, cleanliness, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. Fast, friendly, and extremely made this a great experience from this customer's perspective. Well done..........well done.
I called two other electrician companies a week before calling Mr. Sparky. The other two companies never called me back so in going with Mr. Sparky they answered my call and scheduled an inspection to do the estimate. Robert the technician called to say he could come early if that was ok which was excellent for me, he came looked over the area and in the attic for what I was requesting. He wrote up and explained the details of the estimate and it was fairly priced. Work has been scheduled and I'm looking forward to the quality of work to be completed. My dogs also liked Robert so that's a big plus!
The service was in response to a call due to a 'chirping' smoke alarm still under warranty. We received a prompt call from a technician who was able to assist us in stopping the noise as it was late in the evening. We received a callback from them before bedtime to check on things. In the morning we received an early call scheduling someone to come for a full repair. The technician was friendly, warm, professional, knowledgeable, respectful and quick to assess and take care of the matter. Even though it was not a part of the call, he also took the time to install another alarm for us so that all of them have now been replaced. We are very pleased in every regard and can readily recommend them.
