Awesome place with an awesome atmosphere! Love being able to go in and find exactly what I want, and if I can't, Amy can always help me! She's always willing to help and educate you on whatever you're looking at! They have all kinds of glass, from beautiful pendys and jewelry to one of a kind hand pipes, and functioning pieces. When I go I always feel right at home and comfortable being there, unlike other business around here they don't try to take every dime and penny you have, if they see you actually love a piece they will work with you, they would rather it go to a good home then sit on the shelf. Thanks guys for every piece I have and for always being such cool and patient people with us! Definitely have our business!

Also, I just wanted to update this because we are so very impressed with the customer service. First impressions mean a lot to us and Robert definitely made a great one! Words can't not explain how much my boyfriend and I LOVE Natural State Glass Gallery! They have such an amazing selection of beautiful hand pipes, functional peices, pendants, and so much more!! We have bought many pipes and pendants from them and love them more and more each time we use or wear them!! The employees are always very knowledgeable and always super reasonable on prices! WE LOVE NATURAL STATE GLASS GALLERY! I would recommend everyone go and check out their amazing store with a very great atmosphere!
The customer service is wonderful and the selection is amazing! I would love to give 5 stars but.. you claim to open at 9 am according to your door. That is not the case. I drove a distance just to get something from the shop to find it closed. 5 stars are waiting for after you change the sign on the door or you actually open accordingly. Other than that the store is great!!!
What can I say about Natural State Glass other than its a place with pure class and quality glass. The owners are quite the informative team and can help you find the glass you need in your life. They also have clothing, back packs, and other items non glass for purchase. Awesome glass in an awesome place, the natural state. Go get your glass at the Natural State Gallery!
I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing this place is. The selection of art is beautiful and well priced especially compared to other places I have looked at and the customer service is unbeatable to say the least. Their is no other place I'd trust my hard earned cash with than them hands down
Amy and Bobby are amazing! They do their homework on all the pieces they sell and make sure you go home with the right one. From glass to gems, they will have what your heart desires!! If anything else, go check them out for the experience.
By far my favorite glass shop in Conway. I always have a great expeirence with whoever is working as well as the wonderful owners! They are always very helpful and very nice, kind people. This is a glass shop that truly does care about the community it is in.
