My mom is an established patient at this clinic and they are her PCP. She was recently injured and I called to make an appointment for her to see her doctor. It is the beginning of the year and she has a new health plan with Blue Cross Blue Shield. She arrived at her appointment and presented her temporary letter with verification of coverage. The clinic refused to see her and canceled her appointment. When we signed up for her new health plan we meticulously checked that all of her doctors where in network. This clinic is refusing to see her because this is a new plan that they have never filed with even though according to the insurance company, their clinic is completely covered. I spent 2 hours on the phone with BCBS yesterday and they again confirmed that the doctor was in network and that they could not understand why the doctors office was refusing to see her unless she paid in full upfront. The clinic also could not tell me how long it would be to be reimbursed or for them to file the claim. I have never had an issue like this with a clinic and my mom has already used her insurance at two separate places without incident. The lady I spoke with was also very rude and combative from the moment that she answered the phone. She was obviously completely unconcerned that my mom needed medical attention. Now, I have to find a new PCP ASAP so that my mom can be seen.

I have recently started using this office. I did quite a bit of research before I picked one due to horrible experience with other doctors . I have been there 3 times now and very impressed.. I see Dr Billy mcBay he is so awesome!!! This is the first time in along time that I had a doctor that actually listens and doesn’t make you feel like it’s taking too long or there not listening to you. My thyroid has been all over the place and he has ran test to help me get it normal. The staff is very nice and the nurse is awesome.. I would highly recommend this office..

This place is very professional and very clean, everyone there is very polite. My dr is dr mcbay he is the greatest he listens to what I have to say and helps me every time and his nurse angel Alvarez is great to she is very polite and very sweet and listens to what you have to say. I would recommend people to go there. I would never go anywhere else.

From the moment you walk into the clinic to the time you leave the staff is truly kind. The doctors truly listen to you as a person, unlike some that treat you as another\client.\ I would recommend this clinic, but don't just take my word call and schedule an appointment and talk to the lovely staff yourself.

I had changed my primary care to Dr Billy Mcbae at Noydeen, but it only lasted for two appointments. I had seen him at a different clinic and really like the interaction. Listened, talk and worked with you to come up with next steps. That aspect was still the same and made me think I made the right decision. The problems occurred after I left the appointments. After the first one neither the referrals nor the prescriptions were submitted. I called but you are limited to trying to reach a single individual for these types of inquiries. When I did get in touch with a person she said she’d go talk to him and said he’s always forgetting. It didn’t seem like a nurse or anyone worked with the Dr’s to take your initial information or enter Dr’s “instructions” in the computer afterwards. At my second appointment I let him know about the stuff that was forgotten the first time. He said you have to stay on him like a brother. After this appointment the prescriptions were submitted, but the referrals were forgotten about again. That was enough for me to lose confidence and move on. I like the interactions, but I don’t feel I should have to stay on top of someone to do basic tasks like submitting my initial prescriptions after an appointment when I’m paying for a service.
