Nobody greeted the 3 shoppers in the store. There were 3 workers at least in the store but were only worried about a display and talking amongst themselves about shirts. I did ask a question about the Christmas attire and the young girl was just short and seemed to care less about me asking anything and was in a hurry to get back to her co workers. Will bypass this store next time I’m in town.

Opened an Old Navy card based on an advertised "additional 50% off" for the weekend. Went to the Conway store and they cleared all the current pricing to give us 50% on the original price. Ended up charging us 65 more than they should. Returning everything we purchased today and closing out the card. It will cost me a few points on my credit score but way better than shopping with someone who lies to consumers to get them to open credit cards. Management at the Conway store needs a revamp.

Had a 53.26 cash sale took back to the Conway store , which is a 80 mile round trip. Yes I know their 45 day return policy, due to covid-19 I stayed home. Took back 2weeks ago and I had missed their pandemic cutoff by a few weeks. They wanted to give me only 22.?? in return . That is a 30.00 gain for them. Thanks for nothing Old Navy . That's a lot of money for me and many senior citizen. Since pandemic is still on going they should extend the time limit.

Bought a pair of sweats online got them on sale for 9 and some change. When I received them they were to big. I went into the Conway location to exchange them and told the cashier I would like to exchange them if they have my size and that particular style or return them if they don’t. She responds with “okay let’s scan your order number and look up the item” so she does that and even begins to tell me where she thinks they are in the store. She scanned them and a receipt printed out and I asked her, do I just go grab the sweats and they will just exchange them for the same price. And she says “actually that just returned them really quickly. I was like so now I can’t exchange them out. She then scans the sweats of mine and says no they are ringing up for 23 since I returned them. So no I returned my sweats I got for 9 and can’t exchange them online or in store because she took it upon herself to just return them. I honestly would have rather kept the ones that were big because they were so comfy and I wanted them. So frustrated with how poorly that went and how quickly they were just taken and nothing I could do about it. Haven’t shopped at old navy in a while and had bought quit a few things for me and my kids and was pretty satisfied with everything but now I will be going back to not shopping here.
