when I bought my guitar i was so excited! but when i got home the police where at my house. I said hello officer. he said \hands up\ I said \why\? he said \because you stole that guitar\. Palmer's framed me! never go there!!!!!!!

Excellent customer service with a very knowledgeable staff who was willing to answer my questions! I purchased a new ukulele for my son and I could not have asked for a better experience! I took my guitar in for new strings and general cleaning. The gentleman on the phone told me that it would be a couple of days if I remember correctly. I got called about three hours later saying it was finished. They had straightened the neck of my guitar and gone the extra mile to do you some custom adjusting to make the strings closer to the frets for easier playing. Recommend these guys very very much!
