Great job by Paulino today. He was kind, knowledgeable, and takes pride in his work. He has a great personality and was even kind enough to take his shoes off before coming into our house. He explained things in a way to where I could understand them and did a great job of letting me know what my options were when it came to fixing my thermostat. We are new to Pearce Heating and Air but glad we chose this business. They are top notch!

On Christmas eve our very old heat and air system finally went kaput. We contacted Pearce Heat & Air because they have provided excellent service to us for years. They responded quickly and provided quotes to repair the old system and quotes for new systems. We chose a new system. The entire process went smoothly and the work was done professionally. We want to acknowledge Chandler, Chad, Blake, Ben, Ryan, Jeff, Arianna and David for making this a great experience for us.
This is Mike and Ann West. These guys are like family now. Our 2nd ancient unit in our older home bit the dust just 7 months after the first ancient unit. We didn’t really want to replace 2 units within a year...but, oh well. As Pearce had installed the unit 7 months ago, there was no hesitation in calling them to handle the 2nd unit. Once again we are very satisfied with the install. Blake and Ben are awesome...very nice, professional, kept us informed, and truly strive for excellence! Once again, thank you for a very pleasant experience! We highly recommend Pearce H&A!

I am a tenant of Rush-Hal Properties, so they are the actual customer of Pearce, but as a tenant and witnessing the work from start to completion, I wanted to give a big thumbs up to both Ryan and Jeff. These young men were professional and very courteous. I am well pleased with their work and they did an outstanding job.
