I love this place. The employees are always super helpful and don't rush you or bother you. And they have some awesome sales!
The employees and management staff are eager to help find what each customer needs, their energy and desire to help are abundant. This particular store is laid out well, with plenty of space to browse their beautiful displays. I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs a complete home make over, or even just a fresh new home decor item. They have great customer programs, where they can receive coupons and discounts, as well as a decent credit card program where customers can earn PierOne Reward Certificates for any purchase they make. Yes, some items are pricy, but the quality is superb and the customer service is fantastic. The Conway location is much better than the little rock locations, they keep the store clean and organized, as well as work with the customers to fulfill their dream spaces.
