Plato’s Closet in Conway is always a great place to shop! They have so many styles, so I can usually run in there to grab something for a certain event. I also go to just shop for fun. I have sold my clothes there multiple times and they are always friendly and kind. I truly believe they take the time to look through people’s items to make sure they are bringing quality into the store. I enjoy earning rewards and saving money on many name brands. As a college student, it is great to have an option that is cheaper than many other stores. Finances can be a struggle in college, but your style and how you express yourself shouldn’t have to be! They have also been great during the pandemic. It is a concern to buy second-hand during a time like this; however, I haven’t had a worry with Plato’s Closet. They always have clean spaces and are readily available to help with anything. I am grateful for a place that makes buying and selling clothing so simple, yet fun! I would recommend Plato’s Closet to anyone who is looking for that last statement to an outfit, or shopping for fun, that wants to stay in a friendly budget.

They are always so helpful and the selection can't be beat. My daughter LOVED her Lauren James Christmas sweater we got brand new!! It was different and just her style!!!! We love Platos!!

2 stars out of a little generosity. Most of the workers are not friendly. The store's ceiling mounted cameras are visible from the dressing rooms, which was alarming & uncomfortable. My info was taken for some shoes that hadn't been unboxed. I never received a call back so I went in & got the brand (H2k) off the shoes & bought my crockenstocks off Amazon, which had more colors available. :D I hope whoever buys the place tries to foster a better environment.

Some of the best selection of clothes I’ve seen at second hand shops! One of my favorite belts and my all time favorite pair of shoes are from there! The ladies are always so nice too! 10/10

I always find such cute items in store!! Selling there is always so easy!! With the Pandemic, the employees are making sure that every protocol is followed and that is something I love!! Great store & great atmosphere.

Horrible customer service, rude staff. Claim to have name brand products but just an overload of TJmaxx resell, target, and old navy. I’d prefer to buy from the actual stores listed above than the associates at the counters here.
