Price was just as quoted. No hidden fees. Web site was e-z to navigate. Container size estimator was e-z to use and accurate. Deliveries and pick-ups were on time. Just a great first time user experience.
There is a legit reason for multiple negative reviews. They only get a “1” because “0” wasn’t an option. I will never use this company again and I will never recommend them to anyone. Spend a little more and have this done by professionals - this company is not worth the savings. And if you think the insurance will cover a loss - not a chance. Litigation ? Sure, no problem, you just have to go to Florida to pursue it. Never , ever again!
We needed to get things out of our POD after moving south. The POD was ready and easily accessible making our move so much easier.
Excellent customer service, there was a slight discrepancy in the automatic billing. However, it was handled professionally acrimoniously and monies were returned expeditiously that day. Thanks to the Pods staff managing the North Conway SC facility.
