It was awesome. Room was clean, the bed and pillows was comfortable. The a/c worked really well. I always look for Quality Inn and others that with Quality Inn. I was late for breakfast and the manager gave a bag of snacks when I left. I'd love to know where you get pillows at. Thank you everyone. Employees are friendly and helpful. Very professional.

Well the price was right. The carpet and pillows seemed new. Bed was comfy. The bathrooms could use some updates but it was clean. They did call pretty quickly when we forgot our pillow (thanks!). Breakfast needs a rework with the current covid rules. Maybe instead of doggie bags have the breakfast host serve to go breakfast.
Good customer service. Inexpensive and comfortable. Not very modern, but ok.
Long story short, hotel stay was miserable this time. No smoke detector in the room. Was told it was fixed, but it took me five phone calls and three emails to confirm this making it a one-star stay. Also, the front desk had horrible customer service telling me the parts were backordered. Breakfast was awful. They ran out of scrambled eggs and took over 20 minutes to cook the replacement. It also was undercooked. All the time was focused on omlets, a noble idea, but way too long make. I could not recommend this hotel if this stay was the only one I have ever done here.
Best motel to get amazing rooms very clean and very friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

I was very disappointed in this hotel as it would have been conveniently located when come back to Conway to visit family. I arrived and my key wouldn't work, twice. The nice front desk lady came down to my room and opened it for me manually. She said that the door lock battery was dead and her manager would come change the batteries. After a couple of hours and having to go have her unlock my room everytime I left and returned. She said her manager she guesses wasn't coming. So just come to front desk when I left and come back to have it unlocked. Even though she was nice ans exceptional as a front guest. It was a horrible inconvenience. I travel alot and this was by far the worst experience as I felt trapped in my room to dodge the inconvenience of having to have the only employee come to unlock my door.
Stopped in on our way to Branson so that we could catch a few hours of sleep. We were very unhappy with the overall cleanliness of the room. There were stains on the bed and walls as well as wet looking hand prints on the headboard. This experience will definitely make me second guess stopping at another quality inn in the future
