The bed was comfortable but that's about all this place has going for it. There were cockroaches in my room. I killed at least 10. Lost count after that. I posted pictures of a live one and a dead one that I killed. Will not be staying there again. I let the lady at the front desk know about it when I checked out. She apologized and said she would tell the manager and the cleaning crew.

Within approximately one hour, I saw six roaches in my room. I went to the front desk and ask for a room change and explained why. The staff member did not say anything and just set up another room. I would at least expect an I’m sorry and a discount for the stay. We have not seen any roaches in our new room, but did see one on the wall outside of our room. We are only staying one night, if it was more I would have left.
Ugliest, most depressing room EVER! Smells like mold, I mean a strong mold stink, as the humidity in here is 90% even with the AC running. All the light bulbs are prison white, which matches the prison gray walls, except the tacky aqua with nasty green "feature wall". Horrible room. The mold and smell from the mold is strong enough to want a refund. Awful.
If there were a zero star rating- they barely deserve it.
I would've put a 0 if I could. The people were real rude. They wouldn't listen to what I had to say. They made up lies. They stole money off my card for a night i didnt even stay and wouldn't even give me my money back when I called ahead of time to cancel. I wouldn't recommend no one to stay here.

Reserved two rooms for my family and my in-law. Arrived overnight, late, as I told the desk we would earlier the day before. One of our rooms had been sold. Our families crammed into one room. The entire upstairs smelled of Cigarette and marajuana. The AC unit was broken and the indoor temperature was in the 90s. We decided we will just spend the one night there because we have to. No other hotels had vacancies. The bathroom floors had literal dirt on them and were filthy. Lifted our sheets back to check them. To our dismay, we found 4 pubic hairs in the bed. We slept ontop if the sheets. My in-laws sheets were covered in yellow pee stains. All while we were dripping sweat because the AC unit did not work. We had an infant. We were forced to move to the car to sleep for several hours to keep our infant cool. Two people woke up sick due to the heat. 0 of 5 stars. Will never be back.
Horrible customer service, our room stunk and was clearly smoked in and the ac unit smelled like Pee when it was turned on!! there was plastic bags over the smoke detector and all sprinklers.... we took pictures. Would not recommend!
